At Real Deal Real Estate Investors we have taken the last 5 years to hone our investing philosophy. At the core of our motivations is the idea of buying back our time. We want to spend more quality time with our loved ones and we want to see the world. Having passive income with instances of cash injections is important. So the very first part of our strategy is to define what a good deal is. We do this by making and fostering great relationships with people in the industry. We let them know we are always in the market for great deals and we let them know what a great deal looks like to us. It must be a fixer up that is in a desirable location. It must be at least a 5-unit building or with the potential to become at least a 5-unit building. Once we see that these elements are in place - we put in an offer - this is always exciting as you really start to get a sense of how motivated, or not, the seller is.
